PSO'S NETWORK
Use of the studios
The rehearsal space can be made available for brand new creative pieces, variations on existing repertoires or specific research projects. Both the large and the small studio can be used depending on the schedule and the request. Access to the studios is flexible and responsive, easily accommodating various companies’ needs. It is also possible to organize performances for professionals, if the company so desires.

Residencies
Le Pacifique is also involved in project support and has set up « residencies » where the large studio, the lighting and sound systems can be used as well as technical logistics, which means that companies can make the most of the professional conditions on hand. Companies that wish to can organise performances for the general public or professionals.
Le Pacifique also offers administrative guidance for the company and artistic support for projects in the making.

Co-coproductions | associate productions
Co-production involves getting financial support from Le Pacifique. This can be backed-up with administrative, logistic, human and artistic guidance.
Associate production involves working alongside the choreographer to further enhance his or her project, by increasing the budget, finding more funding, looking for playhouses around France and abroad as well as managing logistics during the tour.

Les Petites Scènes Ouvertes
an interregional network for choreographic showcasing
The PSOs make up a network of cultural associations that organize professional scouting for young choreography writers. They also encourage the circulation of these new-comers’ works throughout the regions, allowing them to be performed right across the country.
A 20-minute choreographic piece must be performed in studio conditions for a selection of professionals invited by each of the studio directors involved. This is often part of a special dance event, where event programmers come to pick out up-and-coming companies that they could make part of their line-up.
Today, the network consists of seven artistic advisors and organisers : Journées Danse Dense (Pantin) ; Danse à tous les étages ! (Rennes) ; Les Eclats Choreographics (La Rochelle) ; Danse à Lille CDC (Roubaix) ; La Plate-Forme (Montpellier) ; L’Étoile du Nord (Paris) ; and Le Pacifique - Cie Christiane Blaise (Grenoble) who joined in 2006.
Applications are open from April til June, and responses will be given in August
